Q: Do mirrors come with a warranty? A: Yes, all mirrors include a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering LED functionality and electrical components. 

Q: When will my order arrive? A: Standard delivery is 3-5 working days. Express delivery is 1-2 working days. You’ll receive tracking information once dispatched. 

Q: Can I change my delivery address? A: Contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address. Changes can only be made before dispatch. 

Q: What if I’m not home for delivery? A: The courier will leave a card with redelivery options. You can reschedule delivery online or arrange collection from a local depot. 

Q: How do I install a wall-mounted mirror? A: All wall-mounted mirrors come with detailed installation instructions and mounting hardware. Professional installation is recommended for larger mirrors.
