How to Return: 

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery 
  2. We’ll provide a returns authorisation number 
  3. Repackage your mirror in original packaging 
  4. Arrange collection using our prepaid returns service 
  • Return Conditions:
  • Mirrors must be in original condition and packaging 
  • All accessories and documentation must be included 
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item is faulty 
  • Refunds

Full refunds processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Refunds issued to original payment method. 

Damaged or Faulty Items: If your mirror arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange free collection and provide a full refund or replacement. 

  • Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your mirror for a different size or style, subject to availability and price difference.
